Have you checked in with your mental health today? Now is the perfect time to be present and celebrate world mental health day! With busy lives and having to take care of your day to day, mental health can sometimes be overlooked. I am no exception to this rule, and neither are you! I’d like to share my own person experiences and remind you to SLOW DOWN, and check in with your noggin.
World Mental Health Day
I want you to be aware, that your mental health issues are valid and that there is no shame in needing help. I can’t tell you the percentage of people that go without tending to their mental health needs, but I can tell you that there is no need to suffer in silence. Some people are afraid to talk or don’t know who to talk to. I like to remind callers, that if you call we don’t always have to talk about kinky things. If you want to vent, tell me about your day, or something that just bugs the crap out of you, that is just as important, as having someone to confide your naughty secrets.
Types Of Mental Health Concerns
Stress can harm you or even be fatal if left unchecked for a long period of time. Anxiety and depression are also common mental health ailments. I’ve personally struggled with both, and have dealt with trauma and abuse when I was younger. I want to make it common, for people to be comfortable about discussing their issues, without the fear of being shamed for it.

World mental health day was on Thursday, but every day is a good day to take care of your health, and we’ve got something special whipped up on the virtual grid, with wellness in mind.
